The Season of Integration

Spring invited us to root. Summer invited us to expand. Fall asks us to integrate. Growth is not complete when we understand something intellectually. Integration happens when what we have learned begins changing how we live, lead, choose, respond, rest, relate, and move through the world. This issue explores the space between knowing and living. The question underneath every page is simple: Am I actually living what I now know?

As this season comes to a close, we invite you to sit with what has taken root. What did you learn this year that has actually changed how you live? What are you ready to release? What has become wisdom? And what do you still know intellectually that you have not yet learned to live? Integration is not a finish line. It is a quiet, ongoing practice of allowing what you know to shape how you move through the world. Carry what serves the person you are becoming.
